Fachtagung "Gesundheitskompetenz und Pflege"

Am 19.04.2012 hat im Haus der Gesundheit, Wesel, die Fachtagung "Gesundheitskompetenz und Pflege" stattgefunden. Die Tagung wurde vom Netzwerk Patienten- und Familienedukation in der Pflege in Kooperation mit dem Marien-Hospital Wesel gGmbH ausgerichtet. Im Mittelpunkt stand dabei die Rolle der Pflege im Beratungsprozess.
